Swansea Aquatics has an executive committee that oversees the running of the club.

Treasurer – Karen Hewitt
Secretary – Steph Arnold
Welfare Officer – Sian Hughes and Amanda Evans
Officials – Tammy Geach
Meets – Nicole Smart
